reading in 2010

I'm cheating, using other people's blogs for this one. But this is cool stuff. I learned about the 12x12 reading challenge at vrbarkowski.blogspot.com, which sent me to http://j-kaye-book-blog.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-reading-challenge-12-by-12-reading.html.

The idea is to read more books than you read last year. Well, to read more novels, really. But I already read a lot of them. BUT, I have no idea how many. I'm resolving (a little late for New Year's, I know, I know) to keep track of what I'm reading. AND to give the books good reviews on Amazon if I like them.

Read on!

  1. Thanks for the mention, Kaye! I don't know about you, but I'm amazed at how much writing cuts into my reading time. To quote Stephen King's book, On Writing “If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.” The question becomes, how to balance the two?

  2. Kaye,

If you are looking to keep track of your books you can sign up for Goodreads.com. Add me as a friend there. :)

That goes for everyone else, too! :P
